Watching this video filled me with joy. I feel honored to collaborate with such incredible women who are dedicated to supporting worldwide initiatives.
It reminded me of the significance of donating to charity and helping those in need.
Reflecting on the story of this event led me to consider 🌟"Strategies for gaining your boss's support for an innovative idea."

Being in charge of the High-Level Event Programming for this Conference and Events
In my capacity as the Head of High-Level Event Programming, I oversaw the creation and enhancement of content and experiences for the United Nations International Bazaar. This pivotal role involved shaping our strategy, fostering development, and ensuring the successful implementation of speakers, discussions, workshops, and other event programming for our in-person event.
Central to this position was the generation of ideas, talent scouting, and content curation. I directly reported to the Committee President and collaborated closely with key team members to realize our primary objective of bringing our physical events to fruition. Moreover, I oversaw the management of relationships with senior UN officials, such as the Secretary-General, 58 Under-Secretaries-General, and the 193 UN missions, as well as the broader global diplomatic community.
Accomplishment 🤩:
I spearheaded the coordination of the first live performance of this event, bringing together 25 artists, musicians, singers, and dancers from various UN missions to promote #Culturaldiversity 🎊
The event was a resounding success, and I was humbled to receive a Certificate of Appreciation from The United Nations for my significant role in the initiative.
Why is important Cultural diversity ?
#Culturaldiversity 👩👩👦👦 enriches global events by fostering inclusivity, innovation, and broader perspectives. It enhances creativity, encourages the exchange of ideas, and promotes mutual understanding among diverse groups, leading to more impactful and globally resonant events.
This year, the President was Therese Aimee Tommo, who is the spouse of the Permanent Representative of #Cameroon 🇨🇲 to the United Nations.
